Sound meditation includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education, and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any mindful activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If a member experiences any pain or discomfort, they will listen to their body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. They assume full responsibility for any and all damages which may incur through participation. Sound meditation / sound practice is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. The Round Window can mean many things. Whether it’s the Moon itself, the pupil of your eye, or the entry to your ear, it's a metaphor for a space of pure creation and transformation. This membership is a space for us to create a more fluid way of living with ourselves and each other.

This membership provides you monthly offerings and support based on a variety of themes. Most of us, if not all, experience themes such as gratitude, abundance, and acceptance.  It is my hope that we can explore these life themes together and receive the lessons they present.
